Joubert & Monty 

 A new addition to the variety is chicken - quite an innovation! Another South African favourite is droë wors (dried sausage) made from beef, kudu and springbok. Biltong knives and choppers are sold here for the really serious biltong fanatics. Joubert and Monty also sells a delicious selection of nuts like cashews and macadamias plus an assortment of dried fruits. These can be made up into presentation baskets and the biltong or droë wors can be vacuum packed for overseas shipment.
