The Seven4s is a concept created by singer/songwriter Lana Crowster, and prides itself on being a cross-pollination of musical styles, specifically jazz, hip-hop, Funk and up-tempo House.
The band consists of core musicians Thandi Ntuli (keys), Benjamin Jephta (bass) and Reuben Crowie (drums) – whom, as individuals, each add a unique style to this project. Joined by guest artists such as Darren English (trumpet), Vuyo Sotashe and Spha Mdlalose (vocals), the band evolves towards fresh sounds at a constant pace.
